Yoga is an ancient art that connects the mind and body. It is a spiritual practice that opens doors to
help us be more teachable and to open our hearts and focus our awareness. “Yoga is the journey of the self, through the self, to the self.” (Bhagavad Gita)

In this class, we will approach yoga in a variety of postures, as we unwind, restore and renew! All levels welcome; modifications given; may use a chair.

Linn Sennott is an experienced 500 hour yoga instructor. She has innovated combining yoga with light weights and exercise bands.
