Trained in Hatha and Ashtanga at the Ayur Yoga Ashram in India\, she now leads Yoga Mandhi\, a mobile yoga service offering private sessions\, corporate classes\, and retreats. She holds a Masters in Education from the University of Tampa and is a certified Reiki Master\, weaving healing and mindfulness into her teachings. A passionate musician and dancer\, Mandy also shares sacred mantras\, kirtan\, and folk medicine songs\, creating uplifting\, heart-centered experiences for her community.
